Welcome to the GP Navigator!
The GP Navigator was created to provide a central access point to many of the important documents applicable to pharmaceutical manufacturers who participate in the Government Statutory Pricing Programs (GP Programs), the general term used within the pharmaceutical industry to collectively refer to the Medicaid Drug Rebate Program, Medicare Parts B & D, the Public Health Service Program, the Federal Supply Schedule and TRICARE. This includes laws, regulations, guidance and other related information issued by the U.S. Government and that are publicly available. Access to the GP Navigator is currently free but subscribers must provide basic contact information upon enrollment.
Please note, the GP Navigator does not contain all potential documents that could be applicable to the Government Programs. In no way should any user interpret anything contained on GPS's website or the GP Navigator as legal, management and/or consultative advice. Manufacturers' participation in the GP Programs is complex and ever changing and should you have any questions, please consult with your own legal department, internal counsel or retain outside counsel. In case it not yet clear: GPS does not serve in any legal capacity to its clients nor to GP Navigator Subscribers!
By signing up for access to the GP Navigator, subscribers automatically agree to all Terms and Conditions currently included and additional terms and conditions that may be added in the future at the discretion of GPS. Ongoing use of the GP Navigator constitutes the acceptance of any changes to these terms and conditions.
